Nina is the Chairman of the Advisory Board and a member of the ESG Committee.

Nina has held senior leadership and operating positions at the World Bank and its private sector arm, including Vice President and Treasurer of the International Finance Corporation, and as the World Bank Director of the Project Finance and Guarantee Department.

Currently, Nina sits on various corporate and advisory boards in the financial, technology and environmental sectors including HSBC Global Asset Management, Chair of Global Parametrics (fintech structuring coverage for cataclysmic weather risk), Identiv (Silicon valley tech security firm), Mt Nazca (early tech and e-commerce PE in LatAm and US), and the Carbon Trust.

Nina holds a B.A. from Smith College, a Masters in Planning from the Harvard Graduate School of Design, and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she received a Sheldon Fellowship.
