Hesham is an advisor to the Executive Committee and sits on the Investment Committee.

He serves as Managing Director at SkyBridge Capital II, LLC. In 1995, he joined the Kuwait Investment Authority, where Hesham first served in the Local Investments Department and later joined the firm’s privatization team. He represents both the Kuwait Investment Authority and Kuwait Investment Office on a number of advisory and corporate boards.

Hesham holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Toledo University in Ohio, and after graduating helped establish the Industrial Engineering department at the University of Kuwait.
