Fergus is the General Counsel at Aeon and advises on all legal aspects of the company.

Fergus is also a partner in the law firm Gunnercooke. Fergus conducts a broad range of substantial commercial disputes, which have included numerous high-profile and complex court and arbitration proceedings in London and overseas. Prior to joining Gunnercooke, Fergus was a Partner in the dispute resolution department at Fladgate.

Fergus is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and the Law Society of England and Wales, and holds an LLB (Hons) in Law from the London School of Economics.
