Ben is the Chief Operating Officer, a member of the Board of Directors and sits on the Executive, Investment, and ESG committees.

Prior to founding Aeon, Ben co-founded an investment advisory business that managed an opportunistic credit fund and structured standalone fixed-income investments for institutions and family offices. In 2012, he established an alternative investment advisory desk at Terium LLP, and in 2007 he joined the Global Fund Derivatives group at Deutsche Bank, having started his career at Northern Trust Corporation.

Ben holds the IMC and business and finance degrees from Cass Business School and University of Oxford.
