Chief Operating Officer of SME Capital joins Aeon in cross-functional role

We are pleased to announce Thibault Lancksweert has joined Aeon to support the origination, structuring and credit teams on issuances from Aeon’s middle-market CLO platform.

Thibault brings a wealth of experience in private debt, having spent 4 years building SME Capital, where he was the COO and CFO, and member of the credit committee. In this role, he secured £500m in funding, originated in excess of £1bn of loans to SMEs in the UK, designed tech enabled underwriting processes, and helped grow the team to over 30 people.
