Corina Sylira is a Managing Director in the Investor Relations team covering institutional investors in UK, Europe, the US and the Middle East.

She joined Aeon from DVB Bank where she was Regional Manager in the Financial Institutions team and had primary responsibility for developing and maintaining DVB’s relationships across institutional investors in EMEA. Prior to that, she was a Managing Director in DVB’s Aviation Financial Consultancy team responsible for marketing and executing transactions that involved arranging equity, debt, export credit and SLBs, financial advisory and corporate finance.

From 2009-11 she worked in DVB’s Cruise and Ferries team and from 2004-08 in the Corporate Finance team covering shipping and aviation. Between 1999 and 2004, Corina worked at JP Morgan Chase in the M&A team in London executing deals in the energy, transportation, and industrial sectors. Corina started her career at Ergo Bank in Athens as a credit analyst for SME loans.

Corina is fluent in English and Greek and holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the Athens University of Business and Economics, and an M.Sc. in Securities, Investment and Banking from the ICMA Centre at Reading University.
