Anindya Bakrie

Anindya is a member of the Advisory Board.

Anindya is the CEO and President Director of Bakrie & Brothers, an Indonesian listed company with a market capitalization of over US$ 15bn. The group has interests in basic industries, infrastructure, power, mining & minerals, oil & gas, property, and plantations.

Anindya is also the Founder, CEO and President Director of Visi Media Asia (VIVA), an Indonesian listed company owning two top-tier national TV stations (news, sports and entertainment) offering integrated digital and offline publicity with a direct reach to over 200 million nation-wide audience. He is responsible for supervising the largest Indonesian Motorprix Championship (OnePrix) and MMA (OnePride) under VIVA.

Anindya also serves as; Vice Chairman to the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN Indonesia), Chairman of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) Indonesia (appointed by two different Presidents of the Republic of Indonesia), Member of World Economic Forum’s Board of Governor (Media, Entertainment and Culture), Trustee of the Eisenhower Fellowship, Chairman of the Indonesian Aquatics Federation (PRSI), Member of the Phillips Academy Andover’s Asia Council, Member of the Northwestern University’s International Campaign Committee, Founder and Chairman of the Bakrie Center Foundation, and sits on the Board of Directors at Oxford United Football Club.

Anindya is currently enrolled on the Executive MBA program at Tsinghua University focused on China’s One Belt One Road Initiative. He also holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business
